Refund policy

At Christ Cleans, we are committed to operating with integrity, purpose, and faith in everything we do. We ask that all customers carefully review this policy before making a purchase.

By completing a purchase through our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the limited nature of our products and inventory, all purchases are considered binding.

Exchanges (Limited Cases Only)

We only offer exchanges if:

  • The item received is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The incorrect item was sent

To request an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of the request.

No Exchanges or Refunds For

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Pre-order items or limited drops
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Minor variations in color, fabric, or print placement
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

All product descriptions and sizing details are provided to help you make an informed decision before purchase.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at checkout, including shipping address, size, and item selection.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Christ Cleans is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims.

Exchange Processing

If your exchange is approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided
  • The item must be shipped back within the timeframe given
  • Once received and inspected, a replacement item will be issued

If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to first contact us at maxwell@christcleans.com to resolve any issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication may be considered a violation of this Policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Provide this Policy and all order confirmation details as evidence to the payment processor
  • Deny future purchases from our store

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Additional verification may be required before processing certain orders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christ Cleans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
